  4. WHEREAS, on August 14, 1993, I, Romulus Jones, executed my last
  5. will and testament,  and; 
  6.  
  7. WHEREAS, I made various instructions and bequests, and,  
  8.  
  9. WHEREAS , I desire to add an additional provision to the will; 
  10.  
  11. I NOW PUBLISH THIS CODICIL to my last will and testament of August
  12. 14, 1993:

  14. I reaffirm all parts and exhibits of said will, except that, I: 
  15.  
  16. desire to grant a life estate in certain real property; 
  17. THEREFORE: 
  18. I grant to Romulus Jones Jr. a life estate in the following
